LJ standard female jacks feature a glass filled thermoplastic body and cover and matching thermocouple material which are spring loaded to mate with standard male plugs.  A single captive screw cover for ease of installation and sandwich style screw connection.  Wire sizes up to 14 AWG (2.0mm) and accepts cable sizes up to 5/16” diameter or (8mm).  Connectors are available in ASTM/ANSI or optional IEC and DIN color codes.  Jab in style connectors allow for quick connection without cover removal.  Temperature rating is 392°F (200°C).  Standard High Temperature plastic thermoset connectors are available 662°F (350°C) or standard size Ultra-High temperature ceramic connectors 1200°F (650°C)
