Account Terms

New Account Requirements

  • Terms: A new customer's first order will be processed on Master Card, Visa, or American Express credit card. (Direct credit card orders coming soon. Call 1 (800)456-5187 to place credit card orders.) Net 30 may be granted following submission of credit information and credit approval.
  • Shipping: Standard shipping is UPS ground prepay and add. Customers may request UPS 1day/2day/3day delivery as a prepay and add.
  • Returns: Eustis sales department will issue an RMA for all returned items.
  • Warranty: The Company warrants that its parts are free of manufacturer defects. The Company makes no other warranty and sets forth that the maximum remedy is the repair or replacement of the product.
  • Currency: All invoicing is issued in U.S. Dollars and must be paid in U.S. Dollars. Cash, Check, or wire transfer are usual currency transaction types.
  • Minimum Billing: A minimum billing is $50/order.
Online features:
  • “My Account" keeps at least four months of order history.
  • Ordering can be done for all standard parts through the web online pricing and part number generating system.
  • A web page can be printed for inclusion in your PO history file, or it can be printed and later faxed to Eustis Company, Inc. with your company purchase order.
  • Web pages with list prices can be emailed to your company associates.
  • Nonstandard parts listed in "My Account" history, can be reordered by entering a check in the reorder box and entering the new quantity in the shopping cart.
  • Quantity discounts show in the cart after the cart has been updated.
Security and order verification
  • The customer is able to limit the access to his account by the password assigned to the account.
  • All orders are acknowledged by email or fax within 24 hours of receipt. The orders fields may be adjusted for delivery dates depending upon current availability of parts. The Company reservers the right to decline an order in the case of price changes or in the unlikely event of web calculation irregularities.
By acceptance of the terms you agree that it is your responsibility to control the distribution of the password to company employees with web purchasing authority.
Search
Search for an item by placing the curser over the section heading and selecting the Style you need using the pull-down menu. Or you may click on the section heading and move to the section index which has pictures of the items in that section. By a click on the picture or style name you are taken to the part selection page. A third method of searching is the SEARCH box on the first page. By entering the style (i.e. PA Style) in the box you are directed to a PA style worksheet and by clicking on PA style you are sent to the PA style page. If you have a question or are not able to find an item, you can submit a question in the customer service section on the web.
Technical Information
