Industrial-style RTDs are high-accuracy temperature-sensing devices widely used in harsh environments and designed to mate with a thermowell. Typical industrial RTD assemblies include a spring-loaded feature to ensure contact with a thermowell bottom, along with either 316 stainless or MgO mineral insulated sheaths depending on the temperature preference. Industrial RTDs also allow for replacement of the RTD while the wells are in place. All of the industrial RTD products are made with high-quality materials that are custom-built for exact needs.

Industrial RTDs, by Eustis/Pyrocom, are custom-built for use in thermowells to be used in pressurized or harsh industrial environments. All of the industrial RTD designs include probes, extension hardware, and a protective connection head for durability and high accuracy. These are designed for easy sensor replacement while the thermowell remains installed and are ideal for applications requiring a stronger temperature sensing instrument. The industrial RTDs are available in either single or dual elements structured for different temperatures.
