Thermocouple replacement elements are inner probes or sensors that fit into the protective sheath or tube of existing industrial beaded thermocouple assemblies or protection tubes. The base metal thermocouple elements are specifically designed to provide replacement components containing thermocouple wires, ceramic or no insulating materials, and some terminals or connectors at one end. These thermocouple replacement elements are offered with different calibrations, insulator types, AWG gauges, junctions, and fractional lengths to provide the ideal replacement element for any industrial thermocouple.

Base metal thermocouple elements, offered by Eustis/Pyrocom, are available with several customizable options to form the ideal thermocouple replacement element for any thermocouple application. These options will be important for the proper replacement element needed for the thermocouple. In addition to single or dual, our thermocouple replacement elements are available in ASTM E 230 with different calibrations, insulator types, AWG gauge, junction, and fractional lengths to provide several options for the ideal replacement element. Our base metal thermocouple replacement element options include:- Calibration: Type J or K
- Insulator Type: Oval Ceramic, Round Ceramic, or Bare with No Insulator
- AWG Gauge: 8, 14, or 20 AWG
- Junction: Twisted & Welded or Butt Welded
